A clear path from booking to your visit
You can schedule your consultation online without traveling to an office. Our service is a physician evaluation: an opportunity to discuss your medical history and whether medical cannabis certification is medically appropriate for you.
- Choose a time on Calendly. Use our appointment calendar to see available times and book your consultation.
- Receive your eVisit link. After booking, our team sends you the link and instructions for your telemedicine visit.
- Speak with the physician. Attend your private phone consultation and discuss your history, questions, and next steps.
- Pay through eVisit after your visit. The $100 consultation fee is collected through eVisit. Calendly is used for scheduling.

GMMC serves adults age 18 and older throughout Georgia, including patients seeking an initial evaluation or renewal consultation. Our clinic does not provide pediatric evaluations.

Payment and our qualification refund rule
If our physician determines that you do not qualify for medical cannabis certification, GMMC will refund any consultation fee you paid. Read our consultation refund policy.
The consultation is a service. We do not sell or ship cannabis or other merchandise. State card fees are separate from the $100 consultation fee. Visit pricing and fees for a breakdown.
