Next Steps After Booking

If you completed your booking on Calendly, check the confirmation email for your appointment date, time, and details. This page itself does not book or confirm an appointment.

1. Check your Calendly confirmation

Save your appointment date and time. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you have not completed a booking, choose an available consultation time on Calendly.

2. Look for your eVisit link

After you book, our team sends you an eVisit link for your telemedicine visit. Follow the instructions in that message. If you need help finding or using the link, visit our contact page for assistance.

3. Prepare for your consultation

  • Choose a quiet, private place for your call.
  • Have a valid government-issued photo ID and any available medical records related to your condition ready for private review with the physician.
  • Keep your current medication list and questions nearby.
  • Follow the team's eVisit instructions for providing information and joining the visit.

Please keep medical history, diagnoses, medical records, and payment-card details out of website chat, ordinary email, and the public contact form. Discuss medical information privately during your eVisit consultation.

4. Payment happens through eVisit after your visit

The $100 fee covers a private 15-minute phone consultation with a Georgia-licensed physician. GMMC collects this fee through eVisit after your telemedicine visit. Calendly is used for scheduling.

If the physician determines that you do not qualify for medical cannabis certification, GMMC refunds any consultation fee you paid. Read our consultation refund policy and pricing and fees.

After your evaluation

The physician determines whether certification is medically appropriate based on your history, condition, and supporting information. Booking or payment does not guarantee certification or state card issuance.

If certified, follow the instructions provided for your next steps. Our Get Your Card guide explains the process. State card fees are separate from the consultation fee.

GMMC serves adults age 18 and older throughout Georgia. For more scheduling information, visit our frequently asked questions.
