Being listed does not guarantee certification. The physician evaluates your medical history and supporting information and determines whether certification is medically appropriate.

How your consultation works
- Book on Calendly. Choose an available time for your private consultation.
- Receive your eVisit link. Our team sends you the link for your telemedicine visit.
- Attend the physician evaluation. Discuss your history, supporting information, and questions.
- Pay through eVisit after the visit. The $100 consultation fee is collected through eVisit after your telemedicine visit.
If the physician determines that you do not qualify, GMMC refunds any consultation fee you paid. Read our consultation refund policy and pricing and fees.
GMMC provides an evaluation service. Scheduling or payment does not guarantee physician certification or state card issuance.
